COVID Safety Guidelines
We understand that many parents may have concerns about COVID and the WMACS team will be implementing new safety policies this year in efforts to prevent a similar situation. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team if you have any questions or concerns.
Before Camp:
We will require all campers, counselors, and staff to test within 24 hours prior to the start of camp. A picture of the negative test result must be shown at check-in. All family and friends present at drop off must wear a mask. We strongly recommend campers avoid high risk areas of potential infection prior to camp.
During Camp:

We will be basing our policies off of Montgomery County and Fairfax County COVID policies.
If someone starts feeling sick and showing symptoms at camp, we will provide a test for them. If positive, we will have them wear a mask and isolate them until their parents or guardians can come pick them up. For everyone else at camp, it will be highly recommended that they wear a mask after potential exposure to prevent the risk of further infection. We will monitor camper symptoms after and continue to test accordingly.
