We can only refund certain amounts after certain dates. Please reference the dates below.

• Before 3/31: Full refund (-$50 registration fee)

• 4/1 - 4/19: 75% partial refund (-$50 registration fee)

• 4/20 - 6/14: 50% partial refund (-$50 registration fee)

• 6/15 - 6/30: 20% partial refund (-$50 registration fee)

• After 7/1: No refund

In all instances, the $50 registration fee is non-refundable.

• If a camper tests positive for COVID-19 5 days before camp, a 30% partial refund of camper fees will be issued.

• As we will be taking all precautions prior to camp to ensure camper, counselor, and staff safety, if your child does get COVID during camp, they will be sent home and no refund will be issued.
