• Before 3/31: Full refund (-$50 registration fee)

• 4/1 - 4/19: 75% partial refund (-$50 registration fee)

• 4/20 - 6/14: 50% partial refund (-$50 registration fee)

• 6/15 - 6/30: 20% partial refund (-$50 registration fee)

• After 7/1: No refund
